Beginner Class

A gentle introduction to Pilates, perfect for those new to the practice or returning after a break. This beginner class focuses on mindful movement and body awareness, helping you build a strong foundation through core control, improved alignment and proper technique.

Each session uses slow, controlled exercises to develop strength, stability and confidence at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. Classes are kept to a maximum of 3 participants, allowing for a highly personalised experience with hands-on guidance, individual corrections and a strong focus on technique.

Set in a non-heated environment, this class provides a calm and welcoming space to learn, progress and connect with your body.

Intermediate - Advanced, Hot Mat Class

Designed for those with Pilates experience, this intermediate to advanced hot mat class focuses on building full body strength, improving control and creating a more toned, sculpted physique.

Using low weights and slow, controlled movement, each session is designed to challenge the body, increase endurance and develop strength and definition over time. The heated environment allows muscles to work more deeply and effectively, helping to enhance flexibility, improve circulation and promote a greater mind-body connection.

Classes are kept to a maximum of 3 participants, allowing for a highly personalised experience with hands-on guidance, individual corrections and a strong focus on technique, even within a more intense and challenging setting.

This is a high-intensity, results-driven class designed to push your practice further while maintaining control, precision and proper form.
